All items are personalized & made-to-order. This means our products are designed, produced & printed on demand just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Time Frame for Order Delivery

1. Processing & Production Time:

The majority of orders are processed & produced within 3 – 7 business days. This includes designing, printing, packaging, quality control…

2. Shipping Time:

Economy Shipping: $5.99 (Shipping time 7 – 10 Business days)

Shipping time estimates for November to February:

Order processed: 3 – 5 Days

Shipping time (shirt, hoodie, rug, blanket jacket, etc.): 7 – 15 Days

Time to receive the product (Production + Shipping Time): 15 – 30 days.

In other months, the time to receive the product is earlier.


Order Tracking

As soon as the order is shipped, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you to track the shipping process, please check your email in your order. In case you cannot find your tracking code, please CONTACT US.

Why isn’t the tracking data showing on your tracking number?

Tracking code may take up to 7 days for US order (and up to 10 days for other countries' orders) after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER – WRONG ADDRESS

Orders that will be tagged as returned to the sender due to the wrong address will be destroyed by the courier or charge Love The World for custom tax duties and another shipping fee once we confirm to ship it back to our production facility. Therefore, We will only shoulder 50% of the total amount of the product cost as a refund credit back to your account.

You’re protected by our Buyer Protection Program: If you don’t receive your product after 30 days since the day you purchased (which rarely happens), we will refund you 100% of your money, no questions asked!

Please do not initiate any dispute or chargeback before contacting our support agents as that will make the process even longer.
