Items That Cannot Be Returned
There are certain scenarios where returning an item and canceling an order is not possible. Please review the following situations:
- You have chosen the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong product type.
- The image quality of the product is considered good.
- I ordered by mistake / I’m no longer interested.
- The orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placing them, as we usually ship them within 12 hours of receiving the order.
- Please note that if you use a coupon code, we don’t accept refunds in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
Return and Refund Policy
We accommodate customer returns and refunds in the following instances:
Upon verifying the issue through images and order details, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
Note: Returns are accepted only for unused and unwashed items in their original condition. Size discrepancies resulting from your specifications are not our responsibility. For incorrect sizes in comparison to the order, the above policy applies.
Instances of Full Refund:
- Lost Orders: If an order is lost during transit, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost. We utilize tracking numbers to ascertain whether an order is lost or delivered.
- Return Policy or Replacement: All products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch, but exceptions can occur. If you encounter any of the following issues upon receiving the package, inform us by emailing with your order number and accompanying images:
- The printed image is not clear.
- The printed image is not in the center.
- Package received wrongly against the order.
- Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…
- The order is not in the right size, color, or style compared to the order.

- Refunds Policy: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. This ensures the quickest and most secure process for reimbursing your payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Duplicate orders will result in one being canceled and refunded.
- Receipt of a damaged/faulty item (conditions in RETURN POLICY apply). Replacement is prioritized, but if you choose a refund, we'll proceed accordingly once the returned item(s) are received.
How to Return Your Item(s)
Step 1: Initiate the Return
- Returns must be shipped within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Eligible items must be unused, in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Original tags must be intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for returns. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Address: Please send the item to the address provided on the package label.
Step 2: Our Verification Process
- Upon receiving your return, we'll email you to confirm its arrival. We will inform you of the refund's approval or denial as quickly as possible, followed by a thorough review process.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
